Description
Objectives of the POGM:
1- Train/train operators to perform primary maintenance management of your machine/equipment;
2- Train/train operators to perform small repairs, adjustments and adjustments to their machine/ equipment;
3- Train/train managers and operators in safe operational techniques and behaviors, to achieve maximum productivity and minimize the risks and dangers of the operation, as well as maintain losses of the production process within the predetermined goals;
4- Adjust, Adjust and Regulate agricultural machinery and equipment to perform agricultural operations respecting safety and quality procedures, without losing productivity;
5- Provide operational availability => that pre-established goals;
6- Ensure the reliability of the assets;
7- Frame the cost of the final product within the budgeted;
8- Continuous improvement of people and processes.

NOTE: The percentage of gains for each indicator depends on the phase in which the operational team is located.
Team Phases:
1. INSUFFICIENT: You have knowledge, but you do not have enough skills to perform activities that require a low level of complexity. Constant supervision is required.
2. REGULAR: You have knowledge, but you do not have enough skills to perform activities that require a medium level of low complexity. Moderate supervision is required.
3. GOOD: You have enough knowledge and skills to perform activities that require a low level of complexity.
4. VERY GOOD: You have enough knowledge and skill to develop operational activities that require a medium level of complexity.
5. GREAT: You have enough knowledge and skill to develop operational activities that require a high level of complexity.
6. OPERATIONAL MATURITY: Has enough knowledge and skills to develop high complexity and visional operational activities to perform any operation with more effective timing.
