Argentine Ventilation Equipment (EVA O2) is a ventilatory support device, basing its operation by automatically understanding and decompressing a self-inflatable bag model UVA O2 (O2 Assisted Ventilation Unit) type AMBU®. The equipment is called "Ciclador
AMBU®."
Self-inflating bags are operated by healthcare personnel in emergency situations to provide breathing support when automatic respirators are not available.
This device has the following features:
- It is a device controlled by pressure and cycled by time.
- When disconnected from the mains it switches to operation with its internal batteries having three-hour battery life with the batteries fully charged.
- Allows you to pass it from one patient to another with a lot of speed since the circuit

It is an electromedical equipment of mechanical actuation in cyclic form, to generate the ventilation action to a patient with limitations of their respiratory functions.

The equipment can be used in the absence of mechanical fans
The equipment is an automation of a self-inflatable bag and serves to free healthcare personnel and ensure breathing cycles, pressures and inspiration/e suction ratios, all configurable in the equipment by the operator who has to be trained in the use of this equipment.
The equipment for its simplicity of operation allows operators to be immediately prepared
The device is for use only by medical personnel trained in the use of this equipment
It is for use in adults (non-paediatric).
