Under high temperature, PE wax is a good choice. Wax emulsion is a mixture of wax with particle size less than 1um in water. It can be anionic, cationic or nonionic in nature. Different from dispersion, wax emulsion will not matting, when used in coatings& inks which required gloss.  OE-6112 is an emulsion with excellent abrasion resistance and high gloss keeping performance, which can be used in water-borne coatings, inks, etc.  It can be used in water-borne coatings, floor, leather, furniture, automobile, paper, polish, liquid shoe polish, metal mold release, etc.  When added into leather coating agent, it can increase the wax feeling and brightness. When added in color paste, it can act as leveling agent and prevent blocking if the temperature goes high. Addition level and processing instructions  Add it into the formulation directly, stir well before use, the dosage is generally between 2-10 %.
