a Nautika born in São Paulo, in the district of Santana, founded by our director, Dr Pedro Luiz For. Installed in a building of 400m ² and 6 employees in total, manufactured products such as inflatable boats, mattresses and children's pools. Gradually the company grew and became a reference in the inflatable industry. <br <br>80 Years <br <br>Nautika already had the support of about 80 employees and occupied an area of 1500 m². That's when the space became too small for all projects of the season and our industry moved to Guarulhos, in a 3000 sq ft facility with new machinery and structure. From this time the production has become more efficient and increase sales grew significantly, putting Nautika as a leader in the industry and inflatable pools. <br <br>'90 <br <br>With a box even more employees, reaching more than 150 people, the demand for increased volume and technology forcing us to adjust our designs even for the turn of the century. In 1990 we carried out a restructuring of all administrative, operational and manufacturing. By then we had a vision of globalization. The purchasing department of raw materials was modified, becoming in a Product Management with specialized personnel in the international market. They are trained professionals in analyzing the quality of domestic and imported material, always aiming to produce and import the best to our customers. The sales department also followed this process and was subdivided into sales, post-sales and marketing. <br <br>At the same time the company gradually expanded its range of products incorporating tents, camping accessories, innovate with pools inflatable and being the first company to bring inflatable mattresses, and other products, which cater to Leisure segment to its fullest. <br <br>2000s <br <br>currently still located in Guarulhos with facilities and a CD (Distribution Center) that occupy about 30,000 m². We seek to gain the best market efficiency in customer service, technical assistance and national distribution. We move a significant revenue year after year, even without changes in the volume of employees and reaching 10 times more outlets in the country. <br <br>Today, there are over 700 items online, always trying to offer products quality and to the satisfaction of our clients, thus providing unforgettable moments of leisure.
