Copolymen® LCP Film is a high-performance liquid crystal polymer film launched by Ningbo Jujia New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
Designed to address the technical challenges of high-frequency communication, especially 5G/6G. It is a homogeneous material, which means that the electrical properties inside it are highly uniform, which is essential for ensuring repeatability in high-frequency circuit designs
Core features:
Extremely low loss, purer signal: At high frequencies (15 GHz), the dielectric loss factor (Df) is as low as 0.002, minimizing energy loss during signal transmission.
Stable performance without fear of humidity: With a water absorption rate of only 0.04%, its electrical performance and dimensions are virtually unaffected, even in humid environments, guaranteeing long-term reliability.
Rigid and flexible, easy to process: It combines high strength (tensile strength up to 210 MPa) and good flexibility (35% elongation at break), supports complex processes such as lamination and drilling, and is easy to manufacture multi-layer circuits.
Superior electrical and thermal properties: With a dielectric constant of 3.3, a breakdown voltage of up to 200 kV/mm, and extremely high surface and volumetric resistivity, excellent insulation properties. It also has excellent heat resistance (melting point 280~310°C, thermal expansion coefficient as low as 18 ppm/°C) and the highest flame retardant rating of UL-94 VTM-0
