It’s the permanent solution for the producer who requires agility, versatility and robustness in the withdrawal and distribution process of the grains stored in Silo Bags.<br><br>Application:<br><br>The Grain Extractor NXT 200 was designed to rapidly extract several types of cereals (corn, soybean, etc) stored in silo bags. A system composed by worm screws extracts and discharges the product into bins, trucks or any other vehicle used for transportation. As it is emptied, the bag is automatically rolled by a hydraulic driven cylinder. It operates coupled to a tractor and uses power take off to drive the worm screws (sweepers and dischargers).<br><br><br>Operation:<br><br>NXT 200 features simple operation, which uses the worm screws system to extract and discharge grains. There are three screws which compose the system: two lateral screws (sweepers) and a third, central one (discharger). The sweeper screws act in all of the bags extension, forwarding the grains to the central screw, responsible for elevating and discharging the cereal. The bag, attached to a cylinder, is rolled as is emptied. As it is rolled, it pulls the Extractor, which moves forward extracting grains. A set of blades opens the bag as the machine moves forward.<br> <br> <br>
