OM5 Duplex LC Patch Line Multimode fiber SMD Cable supports 40,000 Gigabit Ethernet and 100,000 Gigabit Ethernet applications. The OM5 duplex multimode 50/125 Fiber Patch cable uses broadband multimode fiber (WBMMF) to support at least four wavelengths in the 850-950nm range.
The LC-LC cable will support up to 300 meters at 850nm. The OM5 rated Multimode fiber optic cable is designed for vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSEL) and short-wave wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM) technology to provide long-distance transmission. Low smoke, 0 halogen (LSZH) Jackets limit the amount of toxic fumes emitted during fires. Cable lengths range from 1 m to 25 m for a warranty period of one year. The fiber SMD cable also complies with the IEEE 802.3ae and TIA LOMMF standards.
