We are a Commercial Exporter with a special Brazilian authorization known as "RADAR," which allows unlimited foreign trade operations. For those unfamiliar, RADAR is a specific clearance from Brazilian customs for businesses to engage in export and import activities.
We conduct sales of Commodities (SOYBEAN (GMO/NON GMO), CORN, AND SOYBEAN MEAL) under Incoterms: EXW/ FOB / CFR / CIF /
We provide all details of the Operation, such as:
Importer Evaluation;
Product Sourcing;
Logistics (National and International);
Financial Structuring (SBLC / BG / RRDLC / DLC);
We pay sales commissions to brokers;
We Operate and Manage Shipments for Third Parties who have their own export-import clearance.
We work with Suppliers (Farms, Agricultural Cooperatives / Agribusiness Brokers) for the above-mentioned "Export Standard" Products.
We also act as TRADE MARKET CONSULTANTS / MANAGER PLANNING / BUYERS MANDATE
TYPES OF SHIPMENT:
Weekly shipments in Containers (minimum lots of 100 tons)
Monthly Shipments of Ships - 12,500 tons / 25,000 tons

Payment methods:
T/T - Full advance payment or partial (MT103)
FOB / CIF

Procedures:

Buyer issues firm purchase order / LOI.
Seller issues sales offer / SCO.
After acceptance, the seller sends Draft Contract / Proforma Invoice.
Seller sends financial instrument.
After confirmation, the operation begins.
