CADAC Trade Mark

On 25.06.2013, under Act No. 3.257.752 was filed with the Trademark Directorate of the National Institute of Industrial Property in the name of CHABLE SANTAMARIA, Raúl Eduardo the trademark application "CADAC" to distinguish from class 29 International, the detailed products "CARNES ARGENTINAS DE ALTA QUALITY" detailed and deposited at the Institute of Industrial Property of the Argentine Republic.
At the request of the applicant and in accordance with the provisions of the Paris Convention (Lisbon1958) approved by Law 17.011, a record of deposit was issued, in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina at twenty-four days in April 2014.
For related reasons of international market vs Argentine domestic market, the brand was stand-by until the first days of January 2021, initiating strategic agreements with Cabañas producing the best Argentine breeds and with the appropriate refrigerators.
