Renk Zanini’s speed reducers/multipliers follow the same development line of Renk AG, with emphasis on the hardness of casings in cast iron, or in welded steel plates, interlocking with cemented and grinding teeth (17CrNiMo6 steel) with quality 3, according to DIN 3962.
The versatility of the construction shapes and specific development by Renk Zanini enable reducers to suit several design and drive specifications.
Rigorous quality control is implemented in each production stage, until delivery of the product, tested and approved. This same care extended to the tools employed, which is only used after rigorous dimensional control, made in modern metering and admeasurements equipment.
Renk Zanini believes that the selection of each supplier is one of the most important points of the production process, and in addition to registration and technical assessment, after each supply, suppliers are evaluated and graded directly by quality control, present in all production stages.
