Taste of the Indies - Turning pepper into flavor since 1994. In 1994, in the kitchen of Moreira de Aquino, Sabor das Índias was born, a company specialized in peppers and gourmet sauces. The idea came about with the small plantation of peppers of the family, who dreamed of one day having an industry. The walk was long until we reached the success that is today. There were many kilometers run inside a Kombi on Via Dutra to sell the pots with the door-to-door delicacy. The beginning took place with the investment of 300 reais of the overdraft, to be able to produce 30 glasses of pepper and the confidence in trading them on the same day. To everyone's surprise, the first sale was a success and the family was able to market all the glasses to a single person. Today, the company located in Vinhedo, são Paulo state, led by brothers Diogo and Gustavo, exports several items derived from pepper to Angola, Canada, China, Dubai, United States, Holland, England, Paraguay, Portugal and Switzerland.
