Prime OX 08 volumes a stabilized oxidizing emulsion to color and discolor hair. Used to open tones of the wires, while its texture facilitates the distribution of the mixture by the wires without draining, highlighting the final intensity of the color.

How to use: 

Mix the proportion indicated on the back of the package of Prime Blond Bleaching Powder from Semélle Hair. Do the Touch Test: - Prepare some of the product and apply it to the forearm or behind the ear. Let it act for 30 minutes and then wash the applied site. After 24 hours: If in this period symptoms of motion sickness or irritation, burning or redness appear in the place (or in its proximity), hypersensitivity to the product is proven, and therefore, it should not be used. Note: It should not be used on the eyelashes and eyebrows"
