■Product Overview
In oil exploitation, there are two types of traditional water shut-off profile control techniques: mechanical water shut-off and organic chemical material water shut-off profiling technology. The traditional anionic polyacrylamide has two forms: dry powder and water-in-oil emulsion, and these two forms of anionic polyacrylamide are used in oilfield water shutoff profile control, which have the defects of slow dissolution rate, high energy consumption, poor salt tolerance, and non-environmental protection. ■Performance characteristics
Dilute to any desired concentration in 10-15 minutes, without the need for a large maturation unit, and ready to use.
It has good salt tolerance and can be directly diluted with seawater, which greatly reduces the operating cost of offshore construction.
Wide range of gelatinization concentration: the gelatinization time is controllable, and the gelatinization strength is adjustable.
The initial viscosity is low, and a large amount can be injected into the deep part of the reservoir.
It has good shear resistance.

■Mechanism of action
The hydroxymethyl functional group of the water-soluble phenolic resin has strong reactivity, and it is polymerized with the amide group on the aqueous medium dispersed emulsion under neutral or weak alkaline conditions to form a three-dimensional network structure.

The essence of aqueous medium dispersed emulsion (commonly known as water-in-water emulsion) is dispersion polymerization in aqueous medium, in which a polymer and the hydrated water carried by it are wrapped as a continuous phase (outer phase) with another polymer and its hydrated water as a dispersed phase (inner phase), because the inner phase and the outer phase are aqueous phase and the two phases are immiscible with each other, so it is called "water-in-water" emulsion.

■Scope of application
The aqueous medium dispersed emulsion-phenolic resin crosslinking system is mainly used in oil well plugging, water injection well profile control, and deep flooding of well groups, and can also be used alone in drilling, waste mud treatment, and as a flocculant in the textile, printing and dyeing industry; Water-soluble phenolic resins can be used as refractories and adhesives alone.
■How to use
First add 15m3 of water to the stirring tank, when the water is added to the impeller under the grinding agitator, start the stirring pump for stirring, and slowly add 300kg of HPAM (the concentration of HPAM and cross-linking agent can be adjusted according to the situation), stir for 10min, add 150kg of water-soluble stage A phenolic resin after HPAM is completely dissolved, start injection, control the injection amount of 10m3/h, close the well for 3-5 days after the construction is completed, and open the well for production.
