2. Hardness

- Conventional GP Grade: 40–50 HRC (377–509 HV), hardness deviation ≤ ±3 HRC

- Strengthened GL Grade: 52–56 HRC, customized high-hardness versions are available on demand

3. Chemical Composition
C: 0.70–1.20%; Mn: 0.35–1.20%; Si ≥ 0.40%; Impurities S & P ≤ 0.05%

4. Physical Properties
Density: 7.2–7.4 g/cm³; Uniform tempered martensite metallographic structure; Fatigue cycle life 2500–3200 times, low wear loss, recyclable for repeated blasting.
