Similar to galvanized steel, Galvalume is produced using a thermal immersion process. Impregnation is not 100% zinc, but 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Galvalume rolls have excellent performance, ideal corrosion resistance, combined molding and coating properties.
