Packaging Details:

PCBA board: 1. Wrap the board with a red static bubble bag several times, tie it with a rubber band, and then put it into a carton. 2. If the customer requires a label on each board, you need to confirm the label content with the customer in advance and inform the engineering to print a unified arrangement so that the label can be easily traced. Carton packaging requirements: 1. First of all, the carton quality must be thick. Soft, dirty and messy cartons are not allowed to be shipped abroad. 2. Inside the carton: First, a layer of pearl cotton or foam is laid around and on the bottom of the carton, and then the wrapped boards are packed neatly and orderly, and a piece of cardboard is placed in the middle of each column and each room to separate the boards to protect the boards from being squeezed and scratched during international transportation. Put another layer of pearl cotton before sealing the box to avoid scratching the board when the customer opens the box. 3. The outside of the carton needs to be labeled with a mark: display the box number, the number of products in the box, and the gross weight. The outer box must be labeled with "fragile and UP DOWN direction signs". 4. Wrap a few layers of plastic wrap and tie the carton with a tie (waterproof and easy to pick up). Air freight: Carton (wrapped with plastic wrap and tie) shipped Ocean freight: Carton packaging, then shipped with a cardboard
