In the market since 1990, Sítio do Moinho operates in the cultivation of vegetables, in the bakery and distribution of certified organic products. With a wide range of products in our portfolio we serve residences, restaurants, shops and hotels throughout Brazil. • Bakery Molino D ´ Oro: In 2004, we inaugurated the first certified Organic bakery in the country. Organic wheat flour, pure water, high quality ingredients and the technique of our bakers result in artisan breads, differentiated, light and easy to digest. • Blue Agave Syrup: Aware of the news, the site brought from Mexico the blue Agave syrup, a sugar substitute, 100% pure and organic, with low glycemic index. It can be used in daily life to sweeten coffees, teas, cakes and sweets. Its neutral palate, similar to sugar, does not alter the flavor of food. In Europe and the United States, it is widely used in the production of ice creams, jams and sweets.
