Brazil nut oil (Food grade) extracted by cold pressing of the brazilian chestnut almond (Bertolethia excelsa). This product can replace the use of olive oil. The product has a characteristic flavor of chestnut almond and anti-inflammatory activity, besides the presence of vitamins E and Selenio. The product can be marketed in packaging for the end customer (250 mL glass bottle) or in 25 liter plastic drums.
