The paper napkin making machines, also called serviette making machine can processing the jumbo roll into the square or rectangular paper napkin, includes color printing, embossing, counting, folding and so on.
The production process includes four basic steps: Pulp & Dye, Pressing, Creeping and Cutting. Paper pulp is prepared by mixing fibre with wood pulp and wash the mix with bleach. After the bleaching dye is added to the mix. If a coloured napkin is wanted to be produced then dye colours can also be added

Bandsaw Paper Napkin Machine (COMMONLY CALLED : tissue paper machine, paper napkin machine, two line napkin machine) is used to automatically fold the jumbo roll into the square or rectangular paper napkin. The machine system includes printing, embossing, counting and folding. The counting system attached with pneumatic attachment and electronic sensor so that counting could be varied according to the requirement.

Options includes: Number of Printing and Embossing stations, Steel to Paper Ball embossing (IMPROTED WITH HIGH QUALITY) or Steel to Rubber embossing
