The thermal insulation system of the portable oven consists of a forced ventilation tunnel in conjunction with a shielded Chamber in stainless steel, insulated by ceramic fiber, providing the user an excellent temperature stability and economy of electric energy, optimizing the field trials and the rapid stabilization of the test temperatures in several upcoming points within the temperature interval established by the equipment.
The Cabinet is made of 1020 carbon steel sheet with anti-corrosion treatment, electrostatic powder coating in matte black color that provides a fine workmanship, superior protection plate in stainless steel 304 and front panel with indication of operation.
The system of temperature is done through a set of electric resistances encapsulated in quartz tubes and distributed around perimeter of the ceramic tube, to provide an excellent temperature uniformity inside the Insert work.
The temperature is adjustable from 100 to 1100° C by means of a microprocessor based digital indicator and controller of four digits with PID system sensitivity of ± 1° C, 64 threads to use ramps/levels of temperature, output 4-20mA communication to monitoring/temperature logging via software, solid relay, temperature sensor and switch off League.
