The thermal insulation system of sterilizing greenhouse is designed to provide the user an excellent speed of heating and temperature stability, optimizing the tests in several upcoming points within the range of temperature established by the equipment.
The sterilization oven has a inner Chamber made of stainless steel sheet to facilitate aseptic technique and prevent the buildup of mold or other contamination.
The external structure is made of stainless steel sheet brushed 430, providing a fine finish and mounted on adjustable feet.
At the top of the sterilization oven there is a air regulator with hole for inspection thermometer accommodation. The door has side opening (right to left) with the purpose to facilitate the operator in the loading of trays and in physical space saving installation.
Made of brushed stainless steel 430, silicone gasket which provides an excellent seal inner Chamber and pressure latch. The temperature control system is positioned on the right-hand side of the greenhouse and consisting of a controller and microprocessor based digital indicator of 4 digits with PID system sensitivity of ± 0.1° C, 64 threads for use of ramp/landing temperature, communication/output temperature monitoring via software 4-20 mA, solid state relay and type Pt100 sensor.
The heating system was developed exclusively for providing the operator a good temperature stability; in conjunction with the economy of electric energy through a uniform temperature distribution in all the trays.
