With total or partial replacement of Complementary molder, many products are produced, such as panels / hollow core slabs, pre-slabs, beams T, double T (I), Tuesdays and profiles that can be produced in flat tracks.<br />
The machine comprises:<br />
Unit (silo) Power: universal component that overlaps the molder Complementary and centralizes the functions of electric control and hydraulic power with concrete<br />
The connection between the silo and molder Complementary Feeding is done through electrical sockets and plugs, hydraulically via couplings push-pull (quick coupler) and mechanically by pin system "Fast Link".<br />
Complementary sets the shaper product to be molded and centralizes the functions molding, vibration and drift of the machine.<br />
The molder vibrates the profile on the track on the prestressing steel, leaving it ready for healing, with minimal application of labor and high productivity.<br />

Alveolar Panels production:<br />
Heights of 6 to 40cm atura.<br />
Productivity of 150 m² / hour (production speed varies according to product).<br />
Panels / hollow core slabs of 30% to 50% empty.<br />
Dry concrete (slump 0 to 1), resulting in pre-manufactured high strength (45-55 MPa / 6500 to 8000 psi).<br />

Production of prestressed slabs (T beams/ joists):<br />
Simultaneous production of 8, 10 or prestressed beams 12.<br />
Productivity linear ± 1200 meters / hour with 12 molder beams.<br />
Dry concrete (slump down), resulting in Prefabricated high strength (45-55 MPa / 6500-8000 psi).<br />
