Softener UNI-222 replaces 222 LM ® Varisoft
A brief introduction
The softener UNI-222 replaces Evonik Varisoft®222 LM, Evonik Varisoft®222 LM and Evonik Varisoft ®222 LM.
222 LM ® 222 LM 90% is a fluid and cold water dispersable softener concentrate.
Varisoft 222 LM 90% of people find it available for household fabric softeners and commercial laundry rooms such as nursing homes, hospitals and hotels.

Product characteristics
Excellent hydroffinity
Good water solubility, easy to disperse with cold water.
Good compatibility with other non-ion, sex and cation products.

Dilution method
UNI-222 can be diluted in hot and cold water to any final application concentration (≤20%).

Application
The softener UNI-222 is used for lubrication and soft textiles. Treated fabrics show good softness and excellent anti-static properties.
The combination of UNI-222 and silicone oil makes the fabric soft, smooth and fluffy.
The combination of UNI-222 and flaky softeners can greatly improve the overall feel of fabrics treated with flaky softeners.

After dyeing the mill finishing: 10-40g / L (10%UNI-222).
After dyeing exhaust volume: 1-4% (10%UNI-222).

Packaging and storage
120kg wide-mouth plastic bucket.
Store in a cool place for one year. Prolonged heating (above 65 degrees C) can cause color changes, so avoid overheating, rain or moisture, storage or exposure to sunlight, and away from fire sources.
