Applications:
A highly wash-resistant water-resistant finishing agent for polyester fibers and their mixtures.
Gives long-lasting de-fouling.
Excellent fast drying performance and high evaporation rate.
Gives a soft, fluffy feel.
Characteristics:

-Gives a high degree of wash-resistant hydro-hydro, absorption and de-fouling effect
-Gives the polyester fabric a soft feel

Application:
Pad or exhaust process.
After dyeing the mill finishing: 10-40g / L (10%SDS).
After dyeing exhaust: 1-4% (10%SDS).
Storage:
25Kg / verse paper woven bag.
The storage period is 1 year (humidity).40℃）。

稀释方法（分散至10％）

1.仅在具有加热功能的反应容器中加水
2.加热到85℃
3.在搅拌下缓慢加入SDS（30分钟）直至完成
4.加热至95℃，停止搅拌，并保温约2小时
5.冷却至65℃，搅拌5分钟，停止搅拌。保温2小时以上
6.开始搅拌，搅拌10分钟，停止搅拌，停止加热，静置12个小时以上
7.搅拌1小时，最后过滤并排出。>
