Polymer dosing device

The polymer dosing device is composed of a hopper, a lead screw, an electric heater, etc. The effective volume of the hopper can meet the dosing volume for a long time and is equipped with a sight glass to monitor the material level by a dry powder level gauge. The use of high-precision reducer drive screw, can meet the dosage requirements. The electric heater can be mounted in the outfeed pipe of the push screw to prevent powder agglomeration.

Polymer dissolving equipment

The polymer dissolution device is composed of three sets of pre-impreg device, tank and stirrer. The pre-impreg device is a pre-penetration mixing of polymer powder. The three tanks are prefabricated stirring tanks, homogeneous curing tanks and solution storage tanks, which have corresponding mixers to ensure uniformity.
