Xtratus Endurance

Xtratus Post-Training is a blend of carbohydrates plus vegan proteins in a 4:1 ratio. It was developed to be used mainly
after training sessions for athletes who do training and compete on consecutive days and need an efficient recovery.
The combination of carbohydrate and protein right after exercise results in better performance the next day and
muscle protein synthesis is optimized by the consumption of proteins of high biological value. Post-training Xtratus
has approximately 9g of essential amino acids that are crucial in the initial recovery phase (0-2 hrs. after the exercise).
The electrolytes contained in the formula assist in rehydration and replacement of minerals lost in the sweat.
