Uses: Widely used in concrete vibrating rods, soft shaft water pumps, various power tools and all non-linear transmission mechanical products, supporting and protecting the soft shaft from accidental pressure wear damage in rotation.
Composition: The hose is processed by a combination of multiple layers of materials, from the inside out: liner spring (spiral wound from cold-rolled steel strip) → viscose (the outside of the spiral steel belt is coated with a thin layer of strong adhesive) → canvas (tightly wrapped to the outer layer of the spiral steel belt after being cut neatly) → rubber (extruded by an extruder and wrapped with a uniform layer of synthetic rubber on the outside of the canvas) → steel weaving (one or two layers of steel wire mesh woven by a steel knitting machine) → rubber (extruded by an extruder and wrapped with a uniform layer of synthetic rubber outside the steel woven mesh).
