RS-328B resistance wire winding machine can manufacture compact spiral coils. The working principle is: the coil is wound on the pay-off shaft through the brake gear, the resistance wire is guided to the lead frame for precise rotation, and the wire is wound on the core shaft, which is composed of an adjustable speed rotating device. The inner diameter of the coil is determined by the outer diameter of the core shaft, which can be changed freely and is controlled by an encoder and an electronic counter. The length of the resistance wire can be set and modified in the counter. As long as the wire reaches the preset length, the wire is automatically cut off. Another counter of the machine records and controls the number of spiral coils. The frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of the mandrel. The production capacity is 2500 PCs/8h.
