Fill:Fill enough Roadphalt all-weather cold paving material into the holes until the material is 1.5cm or so higher than the ground surface.For repairing highways or municipal roads,the input amount of cold paving material can be increased by 10%-20% or so,after filling the holes over,the central site of the holes should be a little higher than the surrounding pavement and assume arc shape.
