Our company is a producer of quality cachaça. In the early 19th century, the process of how to produce a distilled drink derived by the fermentation of the sugar cane was discovered. The cost was low and there was the opportunity to substitute the colonizer’s then-favorite drink that was produced in, and imported from, Portugal with the "Cachaça" (sugar cane brandy), a truly brazilian distilled drink.
A Captain José Félix de Azevedo e Sá xstarted producing "Cachaça" on his own property in Soure, named "Cambéba" Site, “Cambéba” meaning "Flattened head". Since then, going through several heirs, "Cachaça Cambéba" is still produced, its authentic formula, in the Brazilian region that has the biggest growth, the area known as the Brazilian cellar - the Brazilian central - west.
