The National Association of Inventors (A.N.I) is an organization founded in 1992 whose main objective is to encourage the technology growth in Brazil. For more than 20 years ANI works with services in the industrial and intellectual area, for legal entity and natural persons, through specialists and professionals lawyers. ANI makes the register of brands, patents, industrial design, authorial rights, software and copyrights. Also offers legal advice in Brazil and other countries.

ANI have specialized lawyers in Industrial Property that can assist foreign companies wishing to enter Brazil in the records of Marks Registry of Patents, Copyright, and even talking via Licensing and Franchising.

We search, registration and tracking processes related to Intellectual Property, including Patent Extension for Brazil and other countries.

Therefore, the A.N.I is the first Inventors Association which seeks to encourage and guide inventors and businesses to take new directions for your business.

We intermediate and coach contacts between inventors and companies, industries and investors in order to leverage new business and open new horizons. Established in Sao Paulo in its own headquarters, the A.N.I has a collection of approximately 1.200 inventions projects / prototypes, where in partnership with Inventolandia, unique museum Invention of Latin America, is doing pioneering work and rewarding to show the country the importance of a new invention on the market.

The A.N.I is also a member of BNI (Business Networking International).

A.N.I provides support for inventors and entrepreneurs as to the law governing industrial property (trademarks, patents, copyrights, copyrights registrations and software) and the launch of products and projects for various areas of industrial and commercial activity.
