ARTABAS, through its founder Nobuo Yoshikawa, began operating in a repair shop for pieces made of wire, in January 1967, on 384, Pres. Vargas street, in Bastos Downtown. Later, in January 1969, it moved to a larger place, although it was an individual company, the trade name was Artabas (art= artifacts, a = “wire”; bas = Bastos).<br />
In October 1974, already with the name ARTABAS, the company moved permanently to the Industrial District, which nowadays is named Nobuo Yoshikawa.<br />
Since 1982, the company began producing machinery for factories of poultry feed, metal structures for industrial sheds and water tanks.<br />
In 1994 until the mid-2001, it settle a commercial partnership with a multinational company, and it made possible the gain of much knowledge and technology.<br />
In 2002 it was released the 1st automated equipment system, pyramidal type, ARTABAS brand, and in 2003, the 1st vertical type.
