Joao Batista Mendes (Cachaça)

Under production by the João Mendes family for over 20 years, under the quality standards of the authentic cachaça from Minas, our concern about its quality starts the moment the sugarcane is planted.

Fermentation uses natural processes and the distillation process is carried out in copper alembics, which enhances its aroma. The final produce is the aged in oak barrels, allowing for further taste refinement.

The result is the purest and most original hand-made cachaça sure to have the tase from Minas Gerais.
