We are a company that has developed a novel product to be applied as a raw material in the food industry, it is lemon powder that we call "LemonAid". It is used as a raw material for the manufacture of sorbets, biscuits (both in doughs and creams), drinks or as a dressing as it is applied directly to food (fish, chickens, salads).
