MCS flat springs are manufactured from continuous filament glass fiber and epoxy resin and have several advantages over their metal equivalents (notably the weight up to 80% less), excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation, and are inert to corrosion.
Custom manufactured in thicknesses starting from 0.75 mm (0.030 “) , with or without holes, are indicated for use in vibrating equipments and machines, such as conveyor, feeders, vehicle suspension and any other equipment where flat springs can be utilized.
