Selmi has two modern production facilities: the largest located in Sumar&eacute; and another located in Londrina.&nbsp;Both structures feature the latest generation machines and industrial plants planned to expand at any time, without interfering with your productivity.&nbsp;Note that all production lines are fully automated without any manual contact with products that, in turn, are prepared only with ingredients selected and rigorously analyzed.<br />

Sumar&eacute; unit<br />
Inaugurated in 2000, the unit of gestational is considered the most modern plant of South America, and one of the most modern in the world in its segment.&nbsp;With over 38 thousand square meters of total floor area produces 11,000 tons / month of pasta, 400 ton. / Month of cakes, 3,000 ton. / Month of flours and mixes and 1,000 ton. / Month of cookies.<br />
Currently this unit maintains six main machines in full operation in the production of pasta.&nbsp;Two types of spaghetti noodles with a capacity to produce 2200 kg / h 4000 kg / h,.. Twice for the mass cut (capacity of 4,000 kg / h 6000 kg / h each..), One for pasta and noodles nest type ( capacity of 1200 kg. / hr) and a machine for the production of instant noodles for up to 350 packs / minute, and a packaging system the most modern and existing automated.&nbsp;<br />
Besides the pasta factory, the unit of gestational also owns a factory for the production of cakes and biscuits, with 9,943 m&sup2; of total area.<br />
