They are found in the mountain ranges of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Our trouts are created in the city of Itamonte, in the Mountain range of the Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, in the bordering region to Rio e Janeiro and São Paulo.
