The Truck-mounted Asphalt Distributor has been developed to meet the civil construction sector's needs for paving and asphalt maintenance projects. It is designed to distribute asphalt emulsion through the spray nozzle and distributing bar in bond coat applications and priming, used for patching, resurfacing, and asphalt overlay. Being mounted on a truck chassis, the project becomes more agile, saving transportation time compared to the towable version.

The equipment is powered by a diesel engine with an electric start of 9.5 hp, 13 hp, or 22 hp, mounted on a ¾ truck or single-axle truck chassis with a GVW from 3500 to 1400 kg. It comprises a tank with a capacity of 1000 to 6000 liters, a reinforced structure in U-shaped profiles for mounting on the chassis, a hydraulic circuit for asphalt emulsion, a gear pump of 1 ½”, 2” or 3”, and a complete spray wand. Additionally, there is a version with the optional feature: a pre-heating system with a thermal tank, torch, coil, chimney, pressurized air diesel tank, and distributing bar.
