The Towable Asphalt Paver model VA500 has been developed to meet the civil construction sector's needs in paving and asphalt maintenance projects. It is designed to distribute, level, and pre-compact the asphalt mix through the vibrating finishing table in resurfacing and asphalt overlay works. The equipment is coupled to any dump truck via two reinforced metal arms made from 8” U-beam, which attach to the truck's wheels through two triangular-shaped steel plate supports of ¾” thickness and two 2” diameter screws for securing the arms to the truck’s wheels. This design allows for quick attachment and detachment, enabling the machine to work on curves and roundabouts without detaching from the truck's wheels. It features a mechanical vibrating finishing table driven by a 9.5 hp diesel engine that distributes both hot mix asphalt (HMA) and cold mix asphalt (CMA) with either positive or negative camber across a width of 2.5 meters and at depths of 2 to 10 centimeters. This ensures the operation has a production rate of 500 m²/h and greater thickness precision due to the pre-compaction performed by the vibrating system of the finishing table.
