It works with rotary blades, cutting individually each round flat piece of dough with its separator.
The cut round flat pieces with their corresponding separator are neatly stacked in a conveyor belt, whichcan drive them to a packer, if it is required by the customer.
Separation system of remaining dough and film totally automated.
Security systems both for operator and machine.
