The Coagrisol group Agroindustrial - COAGRISOL, was founded in 22/09/1969, in order to "provide wider associated with defending their professional interests, jointly buy, receive, industrialize and commercialize the production received, providing short, all assistance within reach of society. "

Its emergence occurred during a commemoration of the settler, the then district of Hazelwood, more precisely on July 25, 1969, which was officially constituted on 22 September of that year by a group of farmers led by Mr. Egydio Pederiva that go beyond the communities mobilizing farmers to join in, also organized all documentation, including bylaws, directing them to the competent bodies for the creation of officially COAGRISOL.

From March 2011 shall be called Coagrisol Cooperativa Agroindustrial.

The 135 farmers who signed up as partners and have signed the deed of foundation, belonged to the municipalities of: Soledad, Arvorezinha, Barros Cassal and Fontoura Xavier.
