The new multifunctional display pre-processes analogue signals decentrally and forwards this information to a higher-level control system if required. This intelligence makes it ideal for use in the context of Industry 4.0.

The intelligent display shows different process parameters from sensors with analogue output or transmitters with standard signal output. With the help of freely adjustable scaling factors, the input signals can be converted and displayed as physical values (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow rate). For example, the filling volume of a container can be displayed when using a pressure transmitter. In addition, input signals can be offset against each other, for example for differential pressure measurement.
