Nielsen Pizza Oven has been launched in an even better version with slightly higher combustion chamber.  <br />

You can obviously make great pizza in the oven, but in addition, you can do everything that you do that in a conventional oven.<br />

In the bottom of the oven chamber we have running into a very good pizza / baking stone, consisting of a lava stone slab carved out of Mount Etna in Sicily.<br />

Want barbecue flavor eg. on your pizza, add just a little embers back into the oven on top of lava stone.<br />
 


The pizza oven is made of steel plates, which outwardly has got a heatproof black powder lake ring.
External dimensions: b xd xh: 60 x 60 x 63 cm plus chimney.
Weight approx 70 kg hereof lava stone plate around 12 kg.
Around furnace chamber there are three walls, which provides 2 channels / chambers round furnace chamber - in outer channel there and insulation wool inner channel acts as a heat / flue ensures warmth around the baking chamber.
The furnace is equipped with a chimney with a rain cover.
In the separate combustion chamber is the air valve, which is used to control air to the fire and hence the temperature in the oven.
In the door of the oven chamber is fitted with a 500 degree thermometer.
In the bottom of the furnace chamber we have running a lava stone plate with a thickness of 2 cm, a width of 46 cm and a depth of 50 cm.
