PASSE® Biometric Access Card is a versatile fingerprint-activated contactless card working seamlessly with an existing MiFARE and DESFIRE 13.56MHz infrastructure, without upgrading or replacing any readers or backend systems. Only after activation by a fingerprint scan will the card allow communication with a reader. PASSE® Biometric Access Card combines the security of biometric authentication with the speed and convenience of contactless credentials.

PASSE® Biometric Access Card provide on-card secure NFC interface for various configuration and personalization purposes. A low-cost desktop card charger, supplied by PASSE® as a standard companion device, can also be used for these tasks.
