Founded in December, 1991, in Sao José dos Campos, PROQUALIT began taking industrialization services for industries of Vale do Paraiba region and developing electronic products. From January 1994, the company started to develop and manufacture products for distribution and reception of TV signals (open and pay), security, audio and video, telephony and Internet, with the trademark PROELETRONIC, providing to consumers the most intelligent and modern solutions.

In 2001, Proqualit entered in a new phase of its history. With maturity and experience moving to Guararema / Sao Paulo, in an area of 30.000m ² and 2500m ² of built area, in a strategic location, near the main centers of consumption and highways of the country.

Nowadays it is responsible for an annual production of more than 3 million products, occupying a position of prominence in the Brazilian and Latin America markets. As a result of an average growth of 30\% per annum in 2007 opened a further extension of 2500 metres, totaling 5,000 sq metres of industry.
