Circuit design
1. Schematic design: According to the functional requirements and performance indicators of the BMS, design the circuit schematic diagram of the control board, including microprocessor selection, power supply circuit, sensor circuit, communication interface circuit, etc
2. PCB wiring design: convert the schematic diagram into PCB wiring diagram, reasonably lay out the components and wiring paths, and ensure the stability and reliability of the circuit. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider issues such as heat dissipation and electromagnetic compatibility.
3. PCB production: We recommend using PCB wiring diagram to be produced by professional manufacturers. The quality and precision must be strictly controlled in the production process.
Hardware assembly
1. Component Soldering: Soldering electronic components to a PCB. The correct welding sequence and welding parameters must be followed during the welding process to ensure the welding quality and reliability.
2. Installation of connecting wires and connectors: According to the circuit design, install the connecting wires and connectors to the corresponding positions to ensure stable and reliable connections.
3. Installation of radiator and heat dissipation materials: According to the heat dissipation requirements of the control board, install the radiator and heat dissipation materials to ensure the normal operation of the control board in a high temperature environment.
4. Installation of other auxiliary materials: Insulation materials, fixings, labels, etc. should be installed according to the design requirements
