The working principle of magnetron sputtering vacuum coating machine of CJ series, the so-called "sputtering" is to bombard the object with charged particles (usually gas positive ions), thereby causing the phenomenon that the atoms on the surface of the object escape from the parent body. Grove discovered this phenomenon in his laboratory as early as 1842. The magnetron sputtering target adopts a stationary electromagnetic field, the magnetic field is curved, and the uniform electric field and logarithmic electric field are used for planar targets and coaxial cylindrical targets, respectively. Under the action of an electric field, electrons collide with argon atoms in the process of accelerating their flight to the substrate. If the electron has sufficient energy (about 30ev), it ionizes Ar+ and generates electrons, the electrons fly to the substrate, and Ar+ accelerates to the cathode (sputtering target) under the action of the electric field and bombards the target surface with high energy, causing the target to sputter.

Widely used in home appliances, clocks, golf heads, arts and crafts, toys, lamp reflectors, mobile phone button shells and instrumentation, plastics, glass, ceramics, tiles and other surface decorative coatings and mold functional coatings, in the plating of ultra-black film, pure gold decorative film, conductive film and other fields have advantages.

Product Features:
1) Good controllability and repeatability of film thickness. It can reliably plate films of a predetermined thickness, and sputtering coatings can obtain a uniform thickness layer on a larger surface;
2) Strong adhesion between the film and the substrate. Some high-energy sputtering atoms produce different degrees of injection phenomenon, forming a pseudo-diffusion layer on the substrate in which sputtered atoms and substrate atoms are fused with each other;
