The technical assistance unit of Ananindeua Pará, founded in 2006, was designed specifically for its branch of activity. In an area of 11,354 m², of which 4,651 m² of built area, the company has equipment, manpower and strategic area to offer services with better performance and quality. In addition to the guarantee and after-sales service of its transformers, TRAEL has a specialized team to meet the services of renovation, maintenance or reconstruction of transformers of any brand. All transformers are designed, refurbished and tested according to ABNT standards. TRAEL Pará keeps all its employees trained and equipped to carry out the activities with total safety, thus ensuring the quality of services without giving up the well-being of its employees. Worrying as an environment, Trael has been working with measures to reduce waste, in addition to making the proper disposal of the same, thus ensuring the quality in the process and the excellence of its products and services. The Trael technical assistance unit has the support of the manufacturing unit in Cuiabá/MT, which has a total area of 77,000m², being more than 30,000m² of built area dedicated to the manufacture of high quality transformers certified by ISO 9001:2015 certification Trael Pará is Approved by the Brazilian Labeling Program (PBE) Inmetro, this homologation allows the labeling of reformer transformers manufactured from 2014, giving them the same energy efficiency existing at the time of its manufacture as we were recommended for ISO 9001 certification for maintenance and renovation of transformers.
