Bee pollen is the result of the agglutination of flower pollen, performed by worker bees, through nectar and its
salivary substances, which are collected at the entrance of the hive.

A source of protein, also presenting carbohydrates, lipids and minerals in its composition, has antioxidant vitamins (ÿ-carotene such as pro vitamin A, vitamins C and E) and also vitamins D and b complex. Due to its substances, pollen can be considered a source of energy and nutrients, providing several benefits for health and well-being.

The action of pollen on the human body is neither rapid nor abrupt, but progressive. It is an action on metabolism that begins to
positively after two to three weeks of continuous use. In general, the continuous use of pollen for at least
30 days, interspersed with equal rest period. As a treatment, continuous use is recommended for a period of three months.

Use for long periods leads to excellent organic regularity and has no contraindications. Even people who have an allergy to windborne pollen hardly have reactions to pollen collected by bees.
