Procedures:

1. Minimum purchase contract of 6 months.

2. The buyer shall issue a LOI with bank details to the company’s e-mail address.
2.1 we will present CIS from supplier after receiving LOI or ICPO.
2.2 We will introduce AQISIC from supplier after receiving LOI or ICPO.
2.3 GACC Producer (If export goes to China in draft contract)

3. PROOF OF THE PRODUCT

3.1 Proof of product consists of videos and photos of plants or deposits (if necessary, after signing the draft contract).
These videos and photos, bring dates and identification of the supplier in order to show their veracity in relation to the occasion that was held, as well as to display who is the owner of the cargo will be displayed in the video.

4.0 - Shipment monitoring at the port.

4.1 This monitoring can be done after official notification to the supplier at least seven working days in advance. After this invitation /notification, the buyer or any legal representative indicated by the person responsible for the purchase, may officially attend the Port of Embarkation, to accompany the loading of the ship and the inspection.
